At this year’s Governors Gala we saw Hollywood celebrities and Oscar hopefuls walking down the red carpet.

Last night, the 13th annual Academy Awards ceremony, known as the “Governor’s Awards” took place at the Fairmont Century Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles. The awards ceremony honoured the long-time career of artists Michael J. Fox, director Yojan Parsi and composer Diane Warren.
We also saw our favourite celebrities on the red carpet, like Cate Blanchett, Ana de Armas, Jessica Chastain, Viola Davis and Jamie Lee. They walked on the red carpet wearing their most incredible ensembles. Check out the celebs’ best-dressed at the Governors Awards below.
FLORENCE PUGH
Florence Pugh wore a sheer white dress designed by Victoria Beckham. The dress featured silk panels and glistening metallic polka dots.

JANELLE MONÁE
Janelle Monáe looked beautiful wearing a dramatic black Giambattista Valli gown, which featured a high neckline and flowing pleated skirt.

JENNIFER LAWRENCE
Jennifer Lawrence opted for a simple styling look. She wore a black tulle embroidered dress by Dior Spring 2023 collection, which featured spaghetti straps.

ANA DE ARMAS
Ana de Armas opted for a Louis Vuitton design, which featured a backless style and a delicately embellished skirt. She completed the look with jewellery from Louis Vuitton, too.

OLIVIA WILDE
Olivia Wilde stunned on the red carpet wearing a layered tulle Erdem gown with a netted train. She paired the look with sheer opera gloves and Mikimoto jewellery

Jessica Chastain wore an incredible and romantic red gown designed by Zuhair Murad.
