If there’s one thing to take away from the 2022 MTV Movie Awards red carpet, it would be this: It’s time to start enjoying fashion again, of course. The MTV Movie & TV Awards took place on Sunday, June 5th, at Santa Monica, California’s Barker Hangar. Vanesa Hudgens hosted the event and opted to wear an amazing look and she did it great!
The summer awards show, known for being a little more playful than the more formal awards, never lets one down when it comes to the fashion game. This year, most celebrities from all over the world showed their casual style on the red carpet. Nevertheless, as in every event, there were also some other stars who decided to wear more formal pieces, and that is ok too, of course.

The 2022 MTV Movie & TV Awards host looked regal in a royal blue mini dress from Vera Wang with hand draped sleeves and a cowl neckline finished with a long sheer train, plus hoops by Jenny Bird. She also wore platform heels.
SYDNEY SWEENEY IN MIU MIU
The Euphoria star arrived at the MTV Movie & TV Awards wearing a sexy crop top with a sparkling miniskirt by Miu Miu.
JENNIFER LOPEZ IN MONOT
The actor and singer looked stunning in a leather top that she paired with a sleek black floor-length skirt and her flowing locks. Total marks for the look!
OLIVIA RODRIGO IN JEAN PAUL GAULTIER
Olivia went vintage in an archive Jean Paul Gaultier corset gown with crisscrossed neckline straps and paired the look with bold pearl drop earrings, Y2K-style space buns, and a flick of cat eyeliner.
SOFIA CARSON IN IRIS VAN HERPEN
Sofia gave us a royal fashion moment on the red carpet! She wore an ombre striped patterns which featured a cut-out in the center. To complete the look, she added a slick up-do.
PARIS HILTON
Paris Hilton dressed to impress on the red carpet! She looked gorgeous in a stunning light blue ensemble, covered in sparkle. Her dress featured a high slit which she paired with silver fingerless gloves and matching heels.
