Amit Aggarwal presented 3D hand-embroidered threadwork and metallic cording designs.

The Fashion Design Council of India (FDCI) organized India Couture Week in association with Hindustan and there were nineteen of the country’s top couturiers.
“This 14th edition of the event narrates the rich legacy of crafts through metaphorical storytelling. Archana Aggarwal Timeless Jewellery is the jewellery partner.
In keeping with the times, the fashion films come embroidered with details that the new-age customer can view with a click of a button. As we celebrate the shifting landscape to wearable couture, we ensure the evolution of design in a post-pandemic world.” Said The Fashion Design Council of India.

On Day 3, Amit aggarwal made their appearance and innovated with ‘Metanoia’ a vast bridal wear couture collection featuring 35 ensembles in colours: moss, sage, lisianthus, taffy, mulberry, fuchsia, eggplant,indig, green, roseate and azalea. These designs where made of of the brand’s signature metallic polymers for intricate pleating. 3D hand-embroidered threadwork and metallic cording.
“I have always thought of the brand as a collective, but somehow this collection feels personal. This is the journey of my resurgence.”
India Couture Week was a seven-day event: From August 23 to 29 where the designers presented their collections digitally on all the FDCI’s digital platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and the FDCI website on a pre-set show Schedule.
