Best Dressed Celebrities at Red Carpet Events 2021

Let’s have a look at the A-listed celebrities who stole the show on the red carpet in 2021.

As the pandemic continued to sweep the country, fashion award shows were forced to adapt themselves to Zoomed-in meetings events to keep presenters and attendees safe.

After a year of awkwardly virtual events, it’s been a relief to see stars returning to the Met Gala Red Carpet, Grammys or Cannes Film Festival and sporting new designer looks. The glamour came back with a vengeance, filling our feeds with colour, sparkle and flashes of nostalgia.

We round up some of our favourite red-carpet moments of the past 12 months. From Zendaya wearing a stunning nude design to those stars who opted for elegant customs, these were the most glamorous and fashionable red-carpet moments of 2021.

Zendaya in Balmain

Zendaya is a red carpet goddess. The talented and beautiful actress always dazzles with her incredible looks on every red carpet she steps on.

At the premiere of her film Dune at the Venice International Film Festival, Zendaya captivated all eyes with an original leather design by the exclusive French brand Balmain. The nude colour of the garment is a perfect match for Zendaya’s skin tone and evokes a bit of the Dune movie, which takes place in a desert setting. In addition, the piece incredibly hugs her slender and curvaceous figure, which makes the dress and Zendaya mimic each other spectacularly and elegantly.

Megan Fox in Mugler

Megan Fox has had her share of sexy dresses on the red carpet, but her look at the MTV VMAs 2021 takes the cake. With her boyfriend Machine Gun Kelly by her side, the actress sported an iridescent dress that was completely see-through, with only a silver sequined thong underneath. As if her Mugler dress wasn’t eye-catching enough, it also came with a mesmerizing glitter print. Megan’s stylist, Maeve Reilly, completed the sexy look matching Jimmy Choo platforms.

Kendall Jenner in Givenchy

Supermodel Kendall Jenner attended the 2021 Met Gala event at the Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume Institute Gala. For the event, she wore a curve-skimming dress by Givenchy.

The look was inspired by famed Givenchy muse Audrey Hepburn’s dress, which she wore in “My Fair Lady”. The dress also included the same jewel-embellished sleeves and a choker. It also was incrusted with rhinestones, which crept onto the shoulders, and a crystal fringe tracing the bodice.

She complemented the outfit with nude-coloured underwear underneath the dress and opera gloves attached to the dress and decorated with crystal fringe.

Bella Hadid in Schiaparelli Haute Couture Fall-Winter 2021/22

It-girl Bella Hadid attended the Tre Piani (Three Floors) premiere at the 74th annual Cannes Film Festival wearing an avant-garde gown from the Schiaparelli Haute Couture Fall/Winter 2021/22 collection, designed by Daniel Roseberry.

This stunning dress had a neckline that cut under Hadid’s chest, which was covered by a gold- dipped necklace in the shape of the bronchi passageway of the lungs, adorned with rhinestones.

Her hair was styled in a high bun. She accessorized the look with large ruby drop earrings and a ruby ring.
